One of the African sculptures of Klaas de Jonge went to the Saamaka museum in Pikin Slee. After we visited the museum in 2012 Wim recognized the chair in the Museum that came from Suriname which is similar to this African one. So the chair is moved to Suriname by Humphrey Schmidt, one of the members of the Museum, who visited us together with Bia Maas, who provides drawing courses for children in Pikin Slee.
